    Frank your phone needs to be turned off by holding down the top button on your phone till the screen states to power off and slid the arrow. Then turn it back on. ATT&T dropped the ball you were setup for international use but they did not activate it when we called last week for what ever reason. Sorry for the trouble. If you have problems with making phone calls call this international support number +1-916-843-4685. You also have a data plan for the notebook that should just work. Please pass this along to Frank if seen by any other member of the trip.... Thank you Patrick
